Due to excruciating circumstances and safety concerns we will only be doing drive-thru distribution until further notice. Debido a circunstancias insoportables y preocupaciones de seguridad, solo realizaremos distribución en el auto hasta nuevo aviso.
Cancellation Policy
📝 Food Bank Reservation Policy Purpose To ensure fair and efficient food distribution, our reservation policy helps manage resources and avoid duplicate pickups. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us serve the community better. ________________________________________ 📅 Reservation Guidelines 1. One Reservation Per Household Per Distribution Period o Each household is allowed one reservation per week o Duplicate reservations will be removed. 2. Reservations Required o All food pickups require a confirmed reservation made through our website. o Walk-ins may be accommodated only if extra supplies are available. 3. Required Information o Full name o Phone number o Last 4 digits of a valid ID (used to verify identity) o Number of People in Household 4. Confirmation o A confirmation with your reservation details will be emailed/texted after submission. o Bring this confirmation (printed or on your phone) along with your ID to the pickup site. All forms of ID accepted. ________________________________________ 🧾 Check-In Process 1. Present your ID at the check-in along with fulfilled TEFAP Application. 2. A volunteer will scan your code and confirm your reservation. 3. If your name is not on the list or you already picked up this week, you will not receive a second distribution. ________________________________________ ❗ Missed Reservations / No-Shows • If you miss your scheduled pickup time, food may be redistributed. • Repeat no-shows may result in a temporary hold on future reservations. ________________________________________ 🛡️ Anti-Fraud Notice • Sharing QR codes or attempting to reserve under different names for the same household may result in being permanently disqualified from the program. ________________________________________ 📞 Need Help?
